8.5. Fiestas y/o eventos: No se permite ninguna clase de evento o fiesta en la casa sin la expresa autorización de la propiedad, en el caso que se permita alguna fiesta o evento se pedirá una fianza de 200€ para subsanar los posibles gastos por desperfectos, limpieza, etc.

8.6. Habitaciones: Está prohibido fumar y comer en las habitaciones, cualquier desperfecto que se ocasione en las mismas serán pagados por los miembros que se alojen en la habitación o cargado en la cuenta de la persona que hizo la reserva.

8.7. Niños pequeños: En el caso que se alojen menores de edad los padres o tutores se tienen que responsabilizar de los posibles desperfectos que estos ocasionen.
