In the Spanish region of Galicia, a furancho is a place used mainly as a private home, but whose owners sell the surplus wine from their own harvest accompanied by tapas that they prepare themselves. Its operation is usually limited to winter, spring and early summer, until the surplus of the harvest is depleted.
